Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Company Name. This role is focused on optimizing commercial strategies and operations within the UK and Irish markets. A Typical Day

  • Supervise planning and compliance of HCP/HCO engagements to maintain ethical standards.
  • Manage CRM systems ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Analyze sales metrics to enhance targeting and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on commercial strategies.

To Be Considered

Candidates must have a bachelors degree in business Life Sciences or a related field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations. Proficiency in CRM systems like Veeva and data analytics tools is required. A strong understanding of the ABPI code of conduct and general compliance culture in the UK and Ireland is essential. Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
