We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our clients team and drive the promotion of products within the anaesthetic therapeutic area across the KwaZuluNatal region.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and manage budgets effectively.
Arrange CME events congresses and other engagement activities.
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends.
Plan and manage territory for maximum impact.
Conduct regular customer targeting and maintain an uptodate customer database.
Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
Implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase product uptake.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) hospital staff pharmacists and nurses.
Promote products to targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Established relationships with KOLs in the KwaZuluNatal region.
Indepth knowledge of anesthetic products and their application in clinical environments.
35 years of successful sales experience in the hospital/specialist pharmaceutical sector with a strong focus on anesthetics.
Science degree or diploma.

Quick learner with solid problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
