Job Description
Introduction
- Maintain accurate records and manage budgets effectively.
- Arrange CME events congresses and other engagement activities.
- Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify market trends.
- Plan and manage territory for maximum impact.
- Conduct regular customer targeting and maintain an uptodate customer database.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
- Implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase product uptake.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) hospital staff pharmacists and nurses.
- Promote products to targeted specialists and healthcare professionals.
- Established relationships with KOLs in the KwaZuluNatal region.
- Indepth knowledge of anesthetic products and their application in clinical environments.
- 35 years of successful sales experience in the hospital/specialist pharmaceutical sector with a strong focus on anesthetics.
- Science degree or diploma.
- Organized and selfmotivated with strong territory planning skills.
- Quick learner with solid problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
