Description
Hire Resolves client a dynamic and innovative design studio specializing in highend interior and space solutions is currently seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join their team based in Sandton. The ideal candidate will bring creative vision technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding interiors.
Responsibilities
Measuring of sites and accurately transposing measurements onto AutoCAD and Revit.
Completing detailed Construction Drawings in accordance with all relevant regulations.
Producing precise Shopfitting Drawings while collaborating closely with contractors and manufacturers.
Developing Furniture Specification Documents and Drawings to ensure optimal design and functionality.
Conceptualizing and presenting Interior Design Schemes including Mood Boards and Finishes Boards within the clients budget.
Engaging and liaising with suppliers to source appropriate materials and finishes.
Conducting Client Meetings to present and discuss design solutions.
Performing site visits to complete snag lists of defect items.
Sourcing and placing Objet dArt and Styling Elements to enhance the final project aesthetics.
Requirements
Expertise in Space Planning and Design Solutions.
Expertlevel proficiency in REVIT and Enscape (for 3D visualization and walkthroughs).
Strong proficiency in AsBuilt Documentation Drawings and Revisions.
Exceptional design aesthetics and creative vision including Moodboard and Shopfitting Drawings.
Experience with AutoCAD SketchUp CorelDRAW and various 3D programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
