Raytheon Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is seeking an Intelligence (Trainer) Principal Specialist to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (SISR) SubStrategic Business Unit (SSBU).
INCUMBENT TALENT ONLY candidates are required to be active members on the awarded contract
What You Will Do
Develop Deliver and maintain mission operation training materials including training plans certification plans training aides standards handbooks etc.
Collaborate with customers to define develop maintain and implement operations training processes procedures materials and products
Provide formal classroom training in support of customer objectives
Compile and present operations training accomplishments such as certification completions for customer approval
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 5 years minimum related experience or 9 years Intel Operations or Intelligence (Signals Analysis) experience with the military to include military leadership
Must be an INCUMBENT on the current contract with experience supporting training efforts
An and inscope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is for consideration. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red blue white and green)
Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in a near realtime operations environment
Knowledge of tasking collection processing exploitation analysis and dissemination processes
Experience working in direct support of customers and with direct and frequent customer interaction
Experience in military training or Intelligence operations positions
Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
