About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailorientedProject Managerwith 35 years of experience in aproductdriven environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strongAgile mindset a commitment toLean principles and demonstrated expertise inmanaging multiple stakeholdersto ensure efficient project execution and continuous value delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead crossfunctional teamsto deliver highquality products ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Implement Agile methodologies facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and reviews.
Promote Lean thinkingby identifying and eliminating waste optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage multiple stakeholdersby:
Mapping and analyzing stakeholder interests and influence ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
Establishing clear communication channelstailored to stakeholder preferences and project requirements.
Facilitating alignmentamong diverse stakeholder groups to drive consensus and support project objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholdersto define project scope objectives and success criteria ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Manage project timelines and resources proactively addressing risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Utilize project management tools(e.g. JIRA Confluence) to track progress manage backlogs and maintain transparency.
Mentor team memberson Agile and Lean practices encouraging selforganization and accountability.
Qualifications
35 years of project management experiencein a productbased company preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
Demonstrated proficiency inAgile frameworks(e.g. Scrum Kanban) and a solid understanding ofLean principles.
Proven ability tomanage multiple stakeholderseffectively balancing diverse interests and driving collaborative decisionmaking.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience withproject management and collaboration tools such as JIRA Confluence Airtable.
Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
