What youll be doing
You will work with CIBCs Cybersecurity Third Party and Resilience Project Management Office (CTPR PMO). As the Consultant PMO Governance you will be working within the Project Control team and reporting to the Senior Manager PMO Governance Lead. You will be responsible for monitoring key project control procedures and policies that Project Coordinators execute across a wide range of projects. You will act as quality assurance and work with Project Coordinators who are assigned across multiple projects.

How youll succeed
Governance Support:You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team. You will ensure that project teams adhere to CTPR PMO and Enterprise PMO governance and use these standardized processes best practices and tools. You will maintain a centralized project management governance structure and ensure PMO governance consistency across projects. You will prepare governancerelated status reports and presentations for senior management business and technology partners and other stakeholders.
Governance Analysis: You will keep up to date on all Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) governance communications using this information to provide guidance to the overall PMO team regarding processes training and reporting requirements. You will leverage your expertise as a Planview administrator and user in order to monitor project health and provide guidance to project teams on a regular basis. Support the CTPR PMO Project Control: You will support the Senior Manager PMO Governance Lead with daytoday administrative functions. You will be a problem solver with a focus on improving quality supporting key performance indicator reporting and dashboards and delivering high quality metrics. You will be responsible for documenting processes and other artefacts
Business Case Estimates and Intake Support:You will support the facilitation and management of CTPR intakes to various technology teams. You will submit Technology triages and work with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to EDF policies and procedures. You will work in an efficient and supportive manner with business SMEs to answer process related questions and ensure intakes are accurate and complete with business requirements.

You can demonstrate experience in project controls and project governance ideally in a large enterprise technology group. Its an asset if youre familiar with CIBCs Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF)
