Job Description
The Role: Techno Functional Project Manager / Program Manager 40 Technical 60 Functional)
Location: Jacksonville FL 32226
Mode of Working: Onsite Hybrid 3 days a week work from office
Duration 12 Months Possible extension
Experience Required: 10 Years Minimum
Must have skills : Azure Data Factory Azure Pipeline Management (Capable) Azure Synapse Databricks Power BI (Capable)
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical expertise dedicating 40 of the time to technical tasks.
- Proficient in Databricks Azure components Synapse/ADF ADLS and Power Bi.
- Wellversed in Azure integration services Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customer and offshore teams to ensure seamless project .
- Understand the needs of the customer and translate them into actionable plans.
- Drive conversations with architects to align project goals and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams ensuring they overcome any challenges.
- Participate in estimations planning and troubleshooting with the teams.
- Drive discussions with Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure project alignment.
- Provide regular status updates to the Customer Scrum Master and Product Owners on project progress.
- Work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project coordination and management activities dedicating 60 of the time to these tasks.
- Collaborate with customer executive management to understand and address their pain points.
- Maintain oversight of all projects running within the program.
- Work with the customers Data Architect to drive datarelated discussions and decisions.
Qualifications :
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Certification in Azure or related technologies.
- Proven experience in project coordination and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
