Job responsibilities
- Deliver mobile and web experiences that delight customers and meet accessibility and performance targets.
- Champion security compliance and data-privacy controls in collaboration with risk and legal groups.
- Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks
- Operate in a hands-on style contributing production code and guiding CI/CD enhancements.
- Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise
- Serves as the functions go-to subject matter expert
- Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies
- Creates durable reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions

Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10 years applied experience
- Master SwiftUI/iOS mobile development through hands-on coding.
- Deep expertise in platform and distributed-system design (micro-services event-driven patterns cloud orchestration observability automated testing).
- Demonstrated success in financial services or other industries requiring AI-native development skills: experience integrating GenAI APIs/LLM frameworks building ML pipelines or using AI code-assist (e.g. GitHub Copilot) in daily workflow.
- Design build and integrate platform services (APIs event streams shared authentication observability) that serve clients reliably.
- Leverage AI-native coding tools to accelerate software delivery and adhere to best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in platform and distributed-system design including micro-services and cloud orchestration.
- Achieve success in financial services with AI-native development skills and experience with GenAI APIs.
- Mentor and uplift engineers through pair-programming technical talks and architecture reviews; foster a culture of continual learning and AI adoption.
- Foster a culture of AI adoption and continual learning among engineering teams.
