Executive Assistant Strategic Operations Partner
As a key member of our Operations team the Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Operating Officer ensuring seamless coordination clear communication and efficient across a variety of highpriority initiatives. In this dynamic and highly visible role you will do more than manage calendars and logistics you will enable leadership to operate at their highest level of impact by anticipating needs managing confidential matters with discretion and keeping priorities on track.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Strategic Coordination:
Proactively manage complex calendars meetings and travel with a focus on aligning time and resources to strategic priorities. Optimize daily operations by anticipating scheduling conflicts preparing necessary materials and ensuring leadership is briefed and ready.
Information & Decision Support:
Conserve the executive s time by gathering synthesizing and analyzing information in advance to support decisionmaking. Prepare leadership decks background research and followups to drive clarity and action.
Confidential Leadership Partner:
Manage sensitive matters with discretion maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
Lead administrative processes including expense reporting and project tracking with a focus on accuracy timeliness and process improvement.
Special Projects & Personal Coordination:
Drive highimpact projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Availability & Flexibility:
Maintain responsiveness to emails calls and texts outside of standard business hours to support the dynamic needs of the COO.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a consulting professional services or similarly fastpaced clientfacing environment strong preferred
- Proven ability to manage highly dynamic calendars frequent travel schedules and shifting priorities with exceptional attention to detail and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft executivelevel correspondence clientready documents and internal communications
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive business matters
- Adept at anticipating executive needs synthesizing key information and providing strategic support to enable decisionmaking
- Experience supporting leaders who manage multiple workstreams stakeholders and client relationships
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word); familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Teams Workday MS Dynamics is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership with a solutionsoriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to represent leadership with polish warmth and confidence in client and team interactions
