We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and markets.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails and social media.
Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospects and the Sales Manager.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead
generation.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales.
