Job Description
We are hiring motivated and fieldready individuals to join our logistics sourcing team. The Field Truck Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying onboarding and coordinating with local truck suppliers and drivers across designated areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and have a strong local network within the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities
Visit key sourcing locations such as APMC yards transport hubs and industrial areas to identify truck availability
Coordinate daily and advance truck bookings with drivers and owners.
Negotiate and finalise freight rates based on internal guidelines
Collect and verify truckrelated documents including RC insurance fitness certificate and driver s license
Report daily availability and trip updates to the central operations team.
Build and maintain relationships with local transporters and truck suppliers
Ensure timely truck placement to meet logistics schedules and avoid shipment delays
Requirements
Key Requirements
Twowheeler is mandatory for daily field travel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and documentation abilities
Basic understanding of local transportation networks
