About Your Role
In your role as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst you will be responsible for providing senior management and executives with data reporting and analysis needed to inform majorfinancial operational and strategic decisions. Additionally the FP&A Analyst will serve as aliaison between departments for both planning and analysis.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) trend reports and presentations for senior management
- Maintain rolling forecasts & projections including supporting schedules
- Perform variance analysis of actual performance vs budget and forecast; identifying variance drivers to inform future decision making
- Prepare analysis on department spending and recommend expense savings plans when necessary
- Support annual budgeting process
- Assist in the month end close process
- Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Adhoc reporting & analysis for management/executives as required
Who You Are
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Experience You Bring
- Finance/accounting internship experience preferred
- Bachelors degree specializing in Finance or Accounting
