Client Monitoring Field Staff

Locations: Shreveport Louisiana

Salary: $15/hr. plus benefits

Schedule: 8:00 am 5:00pm Monday Friday

About the Client Monitoring Field Staff role:

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for completing approximately ten inperson visits daily (100% daily travel) and completing a monitoring checklist in the client database system. They must document participant changes outcomes and any participant issues and complaints. Must complete Elder Protective and Adult Protective forms as needed. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multitask through multiple windows and has experience working tight deadlines. This is a field position and must have own vehicle (Mileage reimbursed according to policy)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least one year experience working with older adults or persons with disabilities
• Knowledge of healthcare elderly and disabled adult populations preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid preferred

Desired Skills and Attributes/Successful candidates will have the following skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Outlook and Word
• Effective verbal written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Ability to adhere to OAAS and CSS departmental timelines
• Valid Louisiana drivers license
• Current Louisiana automobile insurance
• Effective time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
