Senior Manager Investment Services
Quantitative Research & Investing (QRI) Investment Services
The Role
The Senior Manager Investment Services will work closely with the QRI Investment Services team to support establish implement and manage an operating model to support the Quantitative Research & Investments team. The individual must be comfortable working with investors and have a curiosity about understanding the investment process be creative and resourceful in responding to timesensitive ad hoc requests have a familiarity with digital tools and data and communicate effectively with many levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects in support of QRIs strategic initiatives and business operations
- Develop and implement workflows to support and grow the QRI business
- Liaise and manage relationships with multiple internal groups who support QRI as well as external vendors on implementation activities
- Coordinate with technology partners and key stakeholders to develop and refine requirements and prioritization needs across QRI
- Guide discussions and activities to ensure clear communication and collaboration among QRI business partners
- Coordinate and lead support for the adoption of QRI platforms and strategic initiatives
- Lead and communicate program status to partners of various initiatives
- Identify and articulate issues; resolve program roadblocks
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 35 years work experience in or working with investment operations in financial services industry
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Must be highly organized meticulous detail oriented and have the ability to work independently
- Effective relationship management skills across numerous strategic business partners
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable in an environment of shifting priorities
- Excellent judgment issue management and problemsolving skills
- Selfmotivated comfortable taking the initiative and meet deadlines independently
- Positive attitude and can do work ethic
The Team
The role is part of the Asset Management Compliance Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) team which is comprised of: AM Compliance AM Risk Business Operations and Strategy Counterparty Research & Analytics Investment Services and Investment Risk Management. The teams work together to support AMs strategic goals while being the best partner to the business to protect our clients via proactive compliance monitoring risk oversight and strategic business planning. While part of CRBO the role is aligned with the priorities of the Quantitative Research and Investments (QRI) organization.
