Job Description
Location: NY Chicago SF LA
Were assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption teams mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts. We are looking for our next team member who can help us to innovate and scale across our major programs.
In this role you will be responsible for building global ads product adoption programs for advertisers and agencies. This role will include responsibility for programs and projects that span across Enterprise Midmarket and SMB sales segments as well as Agency and Partner teams. Your close partners include other PA team members Sales PMM Product Strategy & Ops and Enablement.
Your work will help us to innovate scale and automate our product activation programs to better meet the needs of our customers performance goals. We are looking for an allstar operational lead who will help us unblock barriers streamline initiatives and build cutting edge solutions. Communication skills are also key as you will be a champion and evangelist for our programs across the Reddit ads business.

Responsibilities:
Drive Growth: Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddits priority ads products increasing advertiser engagement and revenue.
Program Management: Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across different sales segments including Large Customer Sales (LCS) MidMarket (MM) Agencies and Small and Mediumsized Businesses (SMB).
Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Partner closely with Sales Product Marketing Management (PMM) Strategy & Operations (S&O) Product Adoption Strategy & Operations (PASO) Enablement and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge training collateral and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddits ad products.
Feedback Loop: Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development.
Team Operations: Streamline PA rhythmofbusiness and operational approach to optimize workflows for global sales motions and PA programs across acquisition retention growth and investigation.
Communication and Reporting: Establish scalable communication forums such as Slack channels office hours and dashboards to keep sales teams informed and supported.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in digital advertising sales marketing strategy operations or relevant industries
- Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption growth or sales strategy within the digital advertising industry.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams leveraging crossfunctional expertise to drive program success.
- Proficient in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills: Solid familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools such as Mode Tableau and Salesforce to track key metrics and outcomes.
- Project Management: Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- ClientCentric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.

Pay Transparency:
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
