Location: Arlington TX
Compensation: $10/hour
Duration: 4 months (with potential extension)
ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is a professional cleaning service committed to excellence in operations administration and customer service. Were seeking a motivated intern whos eager to gain realworld experience in administrative work operations and sales support.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and document organization
- Support daytoday operations including coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring workflow runs smoothly
- Provide sales support through customer followups and light marketing efforts
- Learn about key business processes and contribute to team projects
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot(CRM) and Expresstime (timekeeping) as needed (training provided)
- Perform other duties as needed to support daily business functions
- Currently a student or recent graduate (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn take initiative and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft experience: Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- Handson experience in business operations administration and sales
- Flexible parttime schedule to accommodate school or other commitments
- Potential for internship extension based on performance.
