JOB TITLE: Principal Software Engineering
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker*

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Parkway Plano TX 75075
DUTIES: Design and develop various initiatives for AT&Ts customer and employee digital experience across the consumer distribution channels. Lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and postproduction support. Design modular and scalable web components. Lead large crossorganizational software development projects and have a wellrounded technical background in current web and microservice technologies. Lead the technical design and development of crossfunctional multiplatform application systems while having the opportunity to remain in a handson engineering role. Work with other leads engineers architects product managers and business stakeholders to identify technical and functional needs of systems based on priority. Write code for automated testing and validation. Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology architecture security change and configuration management and compliance. Complete performance tuning monitoring deployment and production support. Implement maintain and update CICD pipelines. Create Javabased highvolume and hightransaction ecommerce applications and application delivery. Build web applications with Java Spring and REST. Use React Redux to build frontend applications. Work with HTML5 JavaScript frameworks and CSS3. Use Micro services architecture to perform architecture and design of systems. Utilize cloud technologies AWS Azure OpenStack Docker Kubernetes Ansible Chef and Terraform. Work with build and CICD technology. Use React Redux and to build frontend applications. Work with Micro frontends design and implementation.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Electrical Engineering and five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in a related occupation completing performance tuning monitoring deployment and production support; building web applications with Java Spring and REST; utilizing cloud technologies AWS Azure OpenStack Docker Kubernetes Ansible Chef and Terraform; working with build and CICD technology; using React Redux and to build frontend applications; and working with Micro frontends design and implementation.
