DescriptionPosition Overview
The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will support the Vice President Investor Relations in developing a strong investment case for Ralliant and communicating our strategic vision competitive position and financial milestones effectively across all communication channels. The Sr. Manager will help develop internally and then articulate externally the Companys strategic direction financial goals and financial position and ensure that the Companys leadership team is informed and educated on investors and analysts perspectives. He/she will interact regularly with management (CEO CFO and other executives) Legal FP&A Treasury Accounting and Corporate Communications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop core financial story and ensure forecasts are in alignment with projected financial results.
- Spearhead preparations for the quarterly earnings call including development of news releases prepared remarks Q&A supplementary materials.
- Lead preparation of external presentation materials.
- Develop and maintain consensus model including collection of analyst estimates pre and postquarter; lead detailed analysis of changes in consensus estimates and summarize divergences from Company guidance; proactively identify anticipated impact to analyst models based on messaging.
- Establish competitive benchmarking reporting and regularly update analysis including the development of peer company and performance benchmarks.
- Identify market trends that influence investor sentiment including but not limited to macroeconomic factors technology evolutions and marketshare trends.
- Support the annual longterm strategic planning processes considering market trends and competitive dynamics to align the financial strategy with organizational goals and objectives.
- Own the Investor Relations calendar to keep earnings timing on track and to help develop annual schedule of conferences and nondeal road shows (NDRs).
- Help manage corporate access including scheduling investor meetings with IR and management.
- Lead investor targeting process; utilize market data to prioritize targets to establish and refine the companys investor engagement plan and track progress towards key milestones.
- Develop reporting format for and generate periodic reports on ownership changes.
- Manage Investor Relations inbox and take point on daytoday interactions with sellside analysts and investors to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Support preparations of the annual report annual shareholders meeting and proxy statement.
- Support the development and execution of the companys ESG communications.
- Collaborate cross functionally to support media outreach leadership communications crisis management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting Finance or Economics MBA preferred
- At least 68 years of financial analytics experience (FP&A strategic finance investor relations equity research private equity investment banking consulting)
- Expertise in financial modeling including understanding of valuation methodologies and ability to analyze financial statements
- Independent and highlymotivated with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to turn data sets into clear and concise presentations and financial graphics with significant experience presenting to senior executives (e.g. CEO CFO)
- Periodic travel may be required for conferences and other investor events
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
