About the role:
As a Senior Manager of Product Design you will lead a team of Product Designers focused on delivering best usercentered experiences. While collaborating with key engineering and business partners you will define and drive exceptional userexperience design deliverables across products and initiatives.
The Senior Manager will lead and manage all aspects of talent development tactical strategic design direction and concepts. This role focuses on strategically defining the user experience vision and best practices tactically providing the best user experience along with leading talents.
What you will do:
Lead a growing team of Product Designers across different products
Strong experience in user experience and leading those efforts
Collaborate with Product Owners business and technology stakeholders to define a user experience vision and strategy
Instill a culture of learning research and Design Thinking across the full endtoend customer journey
Adopt a solutionscentric mindset and have a usercentric focus on experiences
Inspire motivate and lead the UX team to create elegant solutions that are coveted by endusers adhere to design/accessibility standards and comply with brand strategy
Ability to speak to technical constraints experimentation product brand business and strategy connecting across disciplines to cultivate collaboration between teams
Evangelize and model user experience methodologies and best practices including but not limited to:
Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through interviews surveys A/B testing digital experience monitoring and usability testing
Develop and maintain documentation of customer journeys personas and segmentation
Prepare facilitate and incorporate results from design critiques design thinking workshops and user testing sessions
Create highfidelity design artifacts (including wireframes mockups and prototypes) that reflect thoughtful scalable and intuitive solutions
Drive ideas solutions and product execution by translating user experience designs into comprehensive design specifications and partnering with IT for delivery
Nurture a positive creative and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration with constructive and respectful feedback
What you will need:
6 years of experience in the design industry in and around various product design fields (user experience/interaction design visual design and research)
2 years of experience managing or mentoring product designers
A Bachelors degree in design UX/UI design humancomputer interaction or related field
Experience designing with accessibility in mind
Experience leading and directing crossfunctional and multigeographic teams

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 106000 USD 145000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
