Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Lean Digital Transformation Account Lead!!
In this role the incumbent will be responsible for directing and executing LDT roadmap that solves the business problems/opportunities of the customer(s) through the usage of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma Business process reengineering and by combining technology solutions like Agentic AI GenAI implementations Digital solutions and Hyper automations
Responsibilities:
Lead and Deliver Transformational Outcomes: Drive transformation initiatives by integrating data technology and emerging technologies to create significant value.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to embed Agentic GenAI analytics and digital capabilities across the span enhancing overall performance.
Collaborate for Modernization: Work closely with global operations teams to identify opportunities for operational modernization and execute innovative solutions.
Solution Design and Architecture: Create and implement scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and seamlessly integrate new digital assets into existing systems.
Champion Digital Solutions: Advocate for digital solutions and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation reinforcing the overall value proposition.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in executing analytics and digital projects overseeing milestones resource allocation and project progress.
Stay IndustryInformed: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and digital transformation providing strategic insights and guidance.
Drive Organizational Change: Promote the adoption of Agentic analytics and digital capabilities within the aligned span / unit supporting change management efforts and training initiatives.
Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmap
Thorough Continuous Improvement delivery on committed productivity productivity improvement in account and Bad Bench reduction
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background: A postgraduate degree or MBA from a leading institution.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of transformation trends in any of the domains i.e. Invoice to Cash Order to Cash and Record to Report.
Proven Experience (Leadership in Digital Transformation): Proven experience in leading largescale digital transformation programs that integrate technology business strategy data and emerging technologies.
Significant role in strategy development and execution with understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing data analytics artificial intelligence (AI / Gen AI / Agentic AI) and automation.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully engaging clients and stakeholders across the organization. Proven success in managing crossfunctional teams and driving change in complex environments.
Project Management skills Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people. Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals
Must be able to work in dynamic and tight deadlines to meet the project schedule
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
LSS GB / BB certification
PMP CSM certifications
Exposure to Agentic AI/ GenAI / AIML certification would be added advantage
