What Were Looking For
Skillz is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role you will leverage your expertise in designing usercentered digital products particularly within gaming or mobile applications. You will be responsible for conducting UX research creating intuitive UI designs and collaborating crossfunctionally to deliver innovative and visually engaging experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of user behavior and the ability to craft seamless userfriendly interfaces.
Qualifications
- 8 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. 4 years of B2C experience.
- Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
- Proficient in design tools: Figma Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. UI motion design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Total Compensation is $182000 including base bonus and equity.
