Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to 29000 FullTime Hours

Are you passionate about early years education This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to join a dynamic team. What Were Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of young children.
  • Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations including safeguarding and health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ChildCentred Care: Provide highquality care and education for children ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Curriculum Delivery: Support the implementation of the nurserys bespoke curriculum fostering a love for learning and independence.
  • Child Development: Observe and assess childrens progress identifying areas for support and celebrating milestones.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents families and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each childs development.
  • Environment Management: Maintain a safe clean and organized nursery environment adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
