Corpus Christi Elementary School is a fun and joyful faith community centered on Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist. JOB DESCRIPTION
Corpus Christi School is seeking a grade 4 teacher. This position will be short term with the opportunity for a continuing position.
We invite applicants to join our Christian community who:
Can work collaboratively with colleagues develop positive relationships with students that instill a sense of belonging and connection.
Can nurture students cognitive social and emotional growth while empowering students to be active agents of their own learning.
Can use studentcentred inquirybased approaches to teaching learning and assessment that align with the philosophy and framework of the Grade 4 CISVA Christian Education Curriculum and the BC Ministry of Education Curriculum.
Is familiar with administering the Foundations Skills Assessment (FSA).
Has 8 or more years of teaching experience.

All Catholics nonCatholics new education grads and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.
