Our Data & Solutions team is growing and were looking for a talented consultative Solution Consultant to help deliver exceptional results for our clients across Customer Experience Management.
About the role:
Working closely with our Sales and Data & Solutions teams youll help design and present technical solutions across Business Intelligence DataDriven Marketing Business Process Automation and Enterprise Content Management in both onpremises and cloud environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the Data & Solutions team to drive value and innovation for our clients.
- Developing and presenting tailored technical solutions throughout the presales cycle.
- Ensuring seamless handover to our delivery teams and supporting effective implementation.
- Preparing clear and compelling technical documentation and solution designs.
- Supporting internal and external sales enablement through training initiatives.
- Contributing fresh thoughtleading ideas to enhance our client offerings.
- Responding to RFIs RFPs and tenders with highquality submissions.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure client goals are met.
- Some interstate travel as required.
About you:
You are a confident articulate and creative professional who takes a strategic consultative approach to designing business solutions. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
You will bring:
- Solid experience working with Digital and DataDriven technologies with a strong understanding of Marketing Automation.
- Previous technical consulting and presales experience with enterprise clients.
- Proficiency in managing the endtoend sales process.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handson experience with marketing automation solutions such as Quadient Inspire SmartCommunications or OpenText (presales experience essential).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign will be highly regarded.
