Closet Factory provides preset qualified leads scheduled within your approved flexible schedule. SelfGenerated clients are highly encouraged and are rewarded at a higher compensation rate. We are proud of our Sales team and pay the highest commission rate in the state!
Our ideal candidate for this position will bring self motivation sales skills the ability to learn new skills followup and solid communicationskillsand a strong drive to succeed. At Closet Factory we listen carefully to our clients goals understand the project details and connect with clients to create amazing and meaningful solutions for their organizational needs. A successful Sales/Designer will need to be creative innovative dedicated and disciplined to follow our proven process. We believe in team support and enjoy working together as we collaborate for the benefit of our clients!
We offer a paid comprehensive 4week training program and the best technical support in the industry. Initial training covers our sales process design software product knowledge and more; ongoing training will keep you up to date with the latest in design innovations and advances in the industry. Compensation for this position is fully commissionbased with additional sales incentives no cap and and can allow top performers to earn over $10000 monthly.
Sales Consultant/Designer Primary Responsibilities:
- Networking and generating new designercreated leads
- Successfully Closing sales opportunities with a WinWin result
- Maintaining consistent client followup and updating contacts in CRM
- Consistently following the CF sales process
- Taking accurate measurements of spaces andcreating functional designs
- Excellent client communication & account management from initial contact to postinstallation follow up
- Have fun and educate our clients!
- Maintain and exhibit a positive attitude and approach which consistently promotes the company
