The IT Requisition & Asset Manager is responsible for managing technology assets and service support across the district. This role oversees asset management purchasing deployment and technology service operations to ensure smooth IT function for staff and students. The position requires commitment to customer service process efficiency and technological innovation to support districtwide IT tasks. This position tracks ordering purchasing and deployment of technology to ensure protocols and processes are followed.

  • Hours/Day: 8
  • Continuing Role
  • Daily Start/End times: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
  • Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

SALARY: Level 7 on the Technology Services Salary Schedule. Experience increments depend on experience in the same or similar position. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred:
  • Experience in a school environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • A Certification.
  • ITIL Foundations ITSM or Asset Management Certification.
  • Proficiency with asset management software (e.g. Frontline Asset Management SCCM Absolute Intune Tableau Power BI).
  • Project management experience with the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
