Job Description
Fundraising Lead Mumbai or Remote
Experience: 510 years
Salary: Up to 22 LPA
Insight: We are looking for someone who has raised 20 CR or a similar amount in the last 12 years and brings a gogetter approach. FR experience is a must. 3040 to project geographies or meetings are there.

Responsibilities:
- Fundraising Strategy & : Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the orgs growth objectives. Focus on cultivating CSR partnerships institutional donors highnetworth individuals (HNIs) and corporate sponsorships. Proactively identify and pursue new funding avenues through thorough market research.
- Donor & Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with donors to ensure engagement and retention. Manage the complete lifecycle of CSR grants including reporting renewals and compliance. Represent the org at relevant donor meetings conferences and industry events to expand the funding network.
- Proposal Development & Grant Management: Lead the creation of highimpact grant proposals donor reports and fundraising pitches. Collaborate closely with program teams to ensure alignment between donor priorities and the orgs impact. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and accountability for all secured grants.
- Entrepreneurial & Ownership: Work independently and proactively taking full ownership of fundraising initiatives within a lean fastpaced environment. Directly drive fundraising efforts with the active support of the founders operating with high resourcefulness and leveraging external networks to significantly scale the orgs fundraising impact.
Qualifications:
- MustHave:
- 510 years of seniorlevel fundraising experience within a wellestablished nonprofit.
- Demonstrated success in securing substantial CSR grants corporate partnerships and institutional funding.
- Strong capabilities in relationship management and donor stewardship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop compelling proposals and reports.
- Indepth understanding of Indias nonprofit funding landscape CSR regulations and donor engagement best practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously take initiative and drive fundraising programs with minimal supervision.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a lean rapidly growing nonprofit or startup environment.
- Familiarity with fundraising tools donor databases and impact measurement methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Communications Nonprofit Management); a Masters degree is advantageous.
