Job Description
Position: Content Moderator (Persian)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and assess userreported content within a digital platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
- Analyze report data to accurately evaluate the severity and nature of each issue.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address sensitive or complex cases appropriately.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce insights and reports that drive ongoing process improvements optimization and innovation.
- Evaluate upcoming features or tools and propose preventive measures to minimize potential misuse or abuse.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Persian (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
- The candidate must be an EU Citizen or have a valid residency card.
- Strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a highpressure fastpaced environment.
- A genuine interest in digital platforms online communities and user safety.
