Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and resultsdriven Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia! In this role you will handle customer inquiries and provide support in Czech and English ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email phone or chat in Czech and English.
- Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Offer recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Czech (C2 level) and English (professional level).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work fulltime in an onsite environment.
- Availability to work the required schedule including weekends.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
