Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Proven expertise in developing scalable distributed systems and handling highvolume transactions.
- Strong grasp of software architecture infrastructure and legacy code refactoring.
- Proficient in .Net C# HTML5/JavaScript SQL and RDBMS architecture.
- Applied experience with SOLID principles Design Patterns and writing Unit/Integration tests.
- Familiar with DevOps practices and tools preferably Microsoftbased; GIT required.
- Handson experience with microservices architecture and cloud (SaaS/PaaS) concepts.
- Skilled in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of commercial processes in Consumer Goods/Retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership team supervision time management and problemsolving skills.
Fast learner with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. - Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Advanced understanding of ObjectOriented Programming (OOP).
Responsibilities:
- Promote innovative and agile methodologies to deliver highquality technology solutions for Sales Transformation and key projects.
- Provide strategic direction and oversee endtoend project lifecycles ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Lead globally distributed and matrixed teams while taking ownership of critical issues and project financials (forecasts P&L invoicing).
- Engage with clients to understand needs conduct functional workshops define solution blueprints and support implementation phases.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead project tasks manage risks estimate efforts and oversee mobilization configuration testing deployment and adoption.
- Ensure quality of work items with clear definitions and priorities and follow Agile practices including daily standups retrospectives and backlog refinement.
- Provide regular updates via internal systems and executive reporting ensuring resource time tracking aligns with budget.
- Design scalable secure endtoend solutions; perform gap analyses to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Maintain and adjust detailed project plans to ensure successful outcomes and scope alignment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including blueprints configuration guides and user stories.
- Manage smooth project handover to support teams with proper documentation and training.
- Collaborate with Sales and PreSales to define scope pricing and develop SOWs for new opportunities.
- Lead and mentor project teams across functions fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide technical governance challenge requirements and conduct regular reviews with leadership and clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather feedback support product enhancements and align with client needs.
- Experienced in managing design and implementation processes for Revenue Growth Trade Promotion and Sales Force Automation for FMCG clients.
