Dohrn is currently seeking a Full Time Customer Experience Representative II at our Corporate office in Rock Island IL.
Hours: Monday Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay is $19.00/Hour

Position Summary:
To provide exceptional Customer Service.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Critical account custom reporting and monitoring
Act as liaison between internal departments to provide the personal touch
Operations Support including contacting customers regarding appointments & service issues
Cross departmental support
Rate Quotes
Must be a subject matter expert with the ability to train and/or coach CSR I Functions
Field inbound calls emails & chats providing exceptional Customer Service
Monitor the call queues to ensure that department is meeting goal times
Respond to inquiries with excellent verbal & written communication skills
Trace and monitor accounts to ensure ontime delivery
Assist with scheduling pickup request
Educate when possible selfservice options available to Customers
Problemsolve customer issues that arise throughout the day
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
High School education or equivalent
Valid Driver License
Excellent Customer Service & Telephone Etiquette
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Excellent Mindset
Detailoriented
4550 WPM typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Excellent attendance
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Primarily sedentary work which involves sitting most of the time
May be occasionally required to exert up to 10 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects
The general office environment is favorable; Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are minimal hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise dust etc;
Visual Acuity including regular use of items including a computer screen or monitor
Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering grasping and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists hands and fingers
Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information; Occasionally exposed to noise including telephone office machinery and conversations of others
