What Youll Be Doing:
- Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
- Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
- Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information.
- Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone building trust and confidence.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Were Looking For Individuals Who Are:
- Ready to complete a comprehensive online training course (approx. 20 hours) before starting.
- Able to pass a federal background check.
- Highly coachable you love learning and welcome feedback.
- Detailoriented to ensure accurate application processes.
- Passionate about helping people and enjoy a customerfocused environment.
- Confident communicators over the phone.

- Earn $40000 $65000 per year (base salary commission).
