Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly focused and detailoriented Content Rating Specialist to join our team. In this role you will work onsite and play an essential part in supporting the testing and evaluation of large language models (LLMs). The majority of your work will involve reviewing AIgenerated content grading its accuracy and ensuring it adheres to clientspecific guidelines. You will also be required to actively engage with information asking questions and providing answers from the perspective of an AI system. Precision adherence to guidelines and the ability to work with long audio content will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Beta Test Large Language Models: Participate in testing and evaluating large language models by analyzing and interacting with AIgenerated content.
AI Evaluation & Grading: Review AI responses assess their accuracy and grade them based on predefined guidelines.
Questioning & Answering: Analyze provided information ask questions and respond from an AI perspective ensuring clarity and correctness.
Adhere to Guidelines: Read understand and follow detailed clientspecific guidelines when reviewing and annotating content.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all content is reviewed with exceptional attention to detail maintaining accuracy and quality in every task.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with teammates to ensure consistency in evaluating AI content and follow established guidelines strictly.
Listen to Audio Content: Be comfortable reviewing and processing audio content focusing on extracting relevant information.
Objective Content Review: Apply client guidelines with precision removing personal biases and subjectivity from content analysis and evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully review AIgenerated content ensuring that every detail aligns with the specified guidelines.
Strong Listening & Focus Skills: Must be comfortable listening to longform audio content and accurately processing the information for analysis.
Understanding of Guidelines: Ability to read and thoroughly understand guidelines applying them with consistency and precision in every task.
Comfortable with AI Content: Willingness to work with and evaluate AIgenerated content asking questions and providing answers as an AI would.
Clear Communication Skills: Ability to communicate feedback and ask for clarification when needed while maintaining consistency across tasks.
Independent & TeamOriented: Capable of working independently but also able to collaborate with a team to ensure alignment and consistent output.
Adaptability to New Technologies: Comfort with learning and working with evolving technologies such as large language models and AI tools.
Objective Analysis: Strong ability to review and assess content without introducing personal bias always applying client guidelines strictly.
Additional Information:
This role requires onsite work so candidates must be comfortable working in an office environment.
You will be engaging with content daily ensuring that all evaluations are accurate and conform to client expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in content review quality assurance or a related field.
Familiarity with AI technologies or language models is a plus but not required.
Experience in transcription audio review or related fields is beneficial.

Wellness:
TaskUs devotes considerable resources to the wellbeing of its employees. Being a content moderator means participating in skills groups counseling sessions coaching sessions and other wellness and resiliency programs. You will have 24/7 access to our Wellness & Resiliency Team to bolster your mental wellbeing.
Requirements:
All employees exposed to graphic content will attend wellness coaching sessions to ensure awareness of wellness resources and to ensure job adjustment.

As a content moderator it is important for you to know the potential risks related to this type of work. While TaskUs is focused on employee wellness by having counselors onsite resiliency programming and other psychological health and safety programming exposure to graphic and disturbing content is unavoidable in some job roles. Some individuals with a sensitivity to viewing graphic or disturbing content may be at risk for developing distress mental health symptoms or in rare instances Secondary Traumatic Stress based on the content they are viewing.
