The AVP of Marketing and Distribution will be a direct report of the President/CEO and a key member of the Berkley MidAtlantic executive leadership team. The Marketing leader is responsible for the strategic planning and overall management of the marketing and distribution disciplines to ensure profitable growth. In collaboration with other departments this role will be responsible for developing and executing Berkley MidAtlantic Groups marketing strategy with the goal of maximizing shareholder value and riskadjusted returns.
