Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant System Analyst Property & Casualty Insurance
In this role System Analyst specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to play a pivotal role in the analysis development implementation support and maintenance of software systems tailored to meet the specific needs of the P&C insurance industry. Exposure to Policy Administration System(PAS) enables the issuance of new insurance policies including quotes underwriting and policy documentation generation. (Like: Guidewire Policy Center/ Duck Creek Policy /Majesco Policy & Inhouse Products.) Expertise will be crucial in analysing business requirements designing efficient system solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and stakeholders to deliver highquality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements related to P&C insurance operations.
Provide postdeployment support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or anomalies encountered during system implementation.
Define system architecture data schemas and integration patterns to ensure seamless communication between various components and external systems.
Evaluate thirdparty software solutions and APIs for potential integration with existing systems assessing compatibility and suitability for the organizations needs.
Create comprehensive documentation including system architecture diagrams technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate system maintenance and knowledge transfer.
Review code to ensure adherence to architectural standards coding conventions troubleshoot and security protocols.
Participate in testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

BE/ B Tech/ MCA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Having handson experience with Application support maintenance & Oracle/MS SQL database exposure is must.
Conduct indepth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system optimization improvements and automation.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise system specifications including user stories use cases and data models.
Design scalable and robust software solutions that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the P&C insurance domain.
