About the role
Join the City of Coffs Harbour as a Supervisor Wastewater Maintenance; a crucial role that combines leadership technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in maintaining our vital wastewater infrastructure. We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to lead a skilled team in optimising the performance of our wastewater assets while helping to enhance community connections through superior service delivery.
Youll be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance work on rising mains gravity sewer mains manholes junctions and house service lines ensuring compliance with City standards and safety protocols.
Your leadership will guide a dedicated team as you oversee daily operations and quality assurance for wastewater maintenance. You will manage the maintenance and repair schedule ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively and that all work carried out meets the required technical standards. With your communication skills you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including contractors staff and community members ensuring that all service requests and customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
