Were all about creating fun engaging radio that Brisbane loves. Youll be part of a passionate highperforming team that thrives on creativity and collaboration. Our officeright in the heart of the Brissy CBDbuzzes with energy ideas and great tunes.
Plus were currently trialling a 9day fortnight giving you every second Friday off to relax recharge and come back fresh.
A day in the life
As the Brand & Promotions Lead your day is all about bringing our brands to life. Youll work closely with the Content team to plan and deliver creative activations that connect with our audience and drive ratingsand revenue. Whether its a live eventsurvey promotionsocial campaign or web initiative youre behind the scenes making it all happen.
Youll also coach and support your local Brand Experience team helping them grow while keeping projects running smoothly. Its a fastpaced collaborative role where your creativity leadership and energy make a real impact every single day.
What Youll Need
- Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategy
- In depth knowledge of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
- Excellent people and resource management skills
- Successful track record leading motivating and inspiring complex teams; leading teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
- Keen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audiences
