POSITION: Associate Attorney
LOCATION: Boston MA
WORK TYPE: Fulltime Hybrid

Located in Bostons Innovation District near South Station the Seaport and Downtown our office offers flexible work arrangements and a collegial atmosphere.
This position is a hybrid role with employees working onsite three days per week and two days from home.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a fulltime Associate Attorney to join our Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain bench and trial experience in civil litigation defense.
Practice Areas Include:
- Construction
- General Liability & Premises Liability Defense
- Medical Malpractice Defense (including LongTerm Care Facilities)
- Products Liability
- Professional Liability
- Trucking & Vehicular Liability Defense
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Massachusetts
- Minimum of one 1 year of litigation experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials from an ABAaccredited law school
- Interest in gaining handson trial and courtroom experience
