Job Description
Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist
Location: Maastricht Netherlands
Employment Type: Fulltime 1year contract
Compensation: Base salary of 30000 Uncapped Commissions/year)
Are you a driven and persuasive individual with a passion for real estate and telecom infrastructure We are looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist to join our fastgrowing team based in Maastricht Netherlands.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment where your efforts directly contribute to the expansion of vital communication networks.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential locations for telecom antennas across the Netherlands.

Conduct onsite visits gather geospatial data and compile detailed visual reports.

Negotiate and secure lease agreements with landlords and property owners.

Keep project details and site information accurately updated in our internal system.

Collaborate with a multinational team of professionals in a fastpaced environment.
Requirements:
-
Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English is required.

Experience in sales real estate or negotiations is highly desirable.

Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Netherlands.

Selfmotivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a team.
