Job Description
We are seeking Support Agents to provide assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
If you have relevant experience or have worked in a support role and are interested in this opportunity we encourage you to apply!
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1 minimum) and fluency in any European language
- Training or experience with technology products particularly in Cloud services or Microsoft products such as Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server and Windows
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong critical and logical thinking skills for effective problemsolving
