Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in industryspecific sales e.g. software pharmaceuticals real estate.
Fluency in languages if applicable.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
