We are seeking a French and EnglishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Portugal working on an exciting insurance project.
Your Role
As a French and EnglishSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with personalized assistance solutions and guidance regarding their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educating customers about insurance policies benefits and terms.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience.
What Were Looking For
We value potential and attitude over experience. While prior experience in customer service insurance or a related field is a plus it is not a must. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Key qualifications:
- Native or nearnative proficiency in French C1 or C2
- Good command of English (training and communication will be conducted in English).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Work on Remote in Portugal
