Job Description

Customer Care with a Meal Company (French Language)

Office Location is Centro Empresarial de Braga Ferreir Rua Professor Henrique Barros LT A4 e ABraga Portugal

Salary is EUR 880 per month gross with bonuses

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Do you speak French fluently and enjoy solving problems At Concentrix we are looking for dynamic and serviceoriented individuals to join our Customer Care team supporting a leading Meal Card & Benefits Solutions provider.

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver toptier support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat

  • Assist with account inquiries card issues transactions and platform navigation

  • Guide clients through usage of the meal card system and mobile app

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

  • Record detailed case information and follow up where necessary

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and strong English communication skills

  • Experience in customer service or support roles (preferred but not required)

  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate systems

  • Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
