Monday to Friday: 08:00 19:00 (rotative shifts within this time frame)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Gross Salary: 1000 x 14 months
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net)

As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:
Delivering highquality customer service via phone email or chat
Handling inquiries troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively
Ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication
Keeping records of customer interactions and following up when necessary
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Fluent in French (written and spoken)
Good command of English (for internal communication)
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Customer Support or Contact Centre (preferred)
EU citizenship or valid work permit in Portugal
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Willingness to work onsite in Porto
For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 after 180 days of contract (economy class)
Hotel accommodation for 28 days (temporary depending on project)
For candidates relocating from within Portugal:
Reimbursement of travel costs up to 150 after 180 days of contract (economy class)
Hotel accommodation for 15 days (temporary depending on project)
All CNX Porto projects offer a shared housing option (similar to CNX Lisbon)
