Job Description
- Assist the head coach in planning and supervising practices and matches
- Vigorously recruit students
- Promote the sport athletics department and Coe College
- Assist the Director of the CRC with supervision scheduling coordination programming and communications with other persons in the department on campus and outside of campus with items related to the CRC
- Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Director of Clark Racquet Center
- Bachelors degree is required.
- 13 years of previous coaching experience and/or administrative duties is preferred.
- Fundraising experience considered.
- Racquet Sports programming and Club Management considered.
- Social Media and marketing experience considered.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Successful completion of background and driving record checks in accordance with Coe College policy.
- Ability to work harmoniously with the Head Mens Tennis Coach and Director of the CRC coaches of other athletic teams athletic staff members faculty members and college administrators.
- Exhibit exemplary personal conduct and character traits
- Serve as a role model for studentathletes
- Ability to maintain positive relationships in a collaborative and diverse team atmosphere.
- Commitment to excellent customer and/or student service.
- Demonstrated ethical and responsible decision making.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and accountability for position objectives.
- Weekend and evening hours required
- Travel required
- Occasional lift push pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequent twist bend stoop and climb
