Job Summary
The Home Health Administrator plays a pivotal role in the Corsana overseeing the nonclinical operations of the nursing department. This role requires extensive experience in managing nonclinical staff ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accreditations and streamlining departmental processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing to execute the departments vision and ensure the delivery of highquality care and maintain regulatory compliance across various healthcare settings.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nonclinical staff within the nursing department including coaching mentoring hiring and making personnel decisions such as promotions reprimands and terminations when necessary.
- Oversee daytoday operations of home health services ensuring effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with federal state and local regulations. Lead teams and develop operational strategies to enhance patient care safety and overall efficiency.
- Prioritize the use of company nurse subcontractors over external nursing agencies or home health agencies. Work with technical teams to develop and implement more efficient costeffective staffing solutions while maintaining the highest quality of patient care.
- Develop implement and maintain nursing department policies and procedures that align with relevant regulations and accreditations for home health services.
- Assess staffing needs resource allocation and future department growth to ensure that the department adapts to its evolving demands.
- Create and analyze reports that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness using datadriven insights to drive continuous improvements in departmental performance.
- Foster strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external nursing agencies.
- Align departmental decisions with the executive vision ensuring that strategies are executed to meet organizational goals.
- Communicate regularly with the executive team providing updates and addressing any concerns related to departmental operations.
- Ensures the quality and safety of service delivery across all lines of business; coordinates services in alignment with clientspecific guidelines and standards of care; and plans develops implements and evaluates programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing clinical operations within Utilization Management Case Management LongTerm Care or a Palliative Care/Hospice Care setting.
- Proficient in creating and implementing clinical trainingand development programs.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards performance metrics and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external partners.
- Ability to make decisions that align with the executive vision and execute strategies to achieve departmental objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing nonclinical staff preferably in a Home Health Care or Home Infusion Pharmacy setting.
- Strong understanding of regulations and accreditations relevant to home health services.
- Experience in leveraging company nurse subcontractors and identifying costeffective staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement ongoing staff training orientation and continuing education programs. Ensure all clinical personnel are compliant with training requirements and are wellversed in policies procedures and regulatory guidelines.
