Exciting Opportunity: Application Analyst Epic Access Team
Were seeking an Application Analyst to join our Access team where youll play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our Epic software suite. In this position youll work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure that our scheduling applications run smoothly and efficiently. Location: Remote 1920 Libal St Green Bay WI 54301 Candidate must reside in Wisconsin or Michigan upon hire.
Hours: Fulltime 40 hours per week
FTE Status: 1.0 Exempt
Work Schedule: 7:30am4:30pm Monday Friday Call as needed
Job Description:
The Application Analyst works under general direction to gather and analyze data and make recommendations for computerized application processes assisting with workflow and business needs. In addition they will provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a manner consistent with a missioncritical hospital/health care environment.
The Application Analyst will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide customer centered solutions.
The Application Analyst will follow current industry rules and regulations ensuring that the informatics solution is in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role uses analytical experience to assist information systems endusers with the overall objective of improving the use of application systems functionality i.e. enhance work flow optimize business processes and identify appropriate systems solutions.
Qualifications:
Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience required.
Epic certification in Cadence / Referrals / Grand Central required.
Applicable technology competency required within twelve months of hire into the position for all technology supported required.
