YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading enterprisewide analytics initiatives mentoring analysts and enhancing datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. You will be a Power BI champion optimizing its use to support highimpact dashboards and insights that drive strategic outcomes.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Lead enterprisewide analytics and business intelligence projects.
Spearhead advanced Power BI initiatives including data modeling DAX development and visualization strategies.
Develop and implement scalable interactive dashboards for stakeholders across all levels.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Perform deepdive data analysis to uncover trends insights and business opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
Mentor junior analysts and promote Power BI best practices across teams.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to executives and business leaders.
Identify and implement continuous improvements in reporting workflows and analytics tools.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Strong understanding of business intelligence principles data visualization and dashboard design.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira Confluence).
Ability to work crossfunctionally with IT Finance HR and other leadership teams.
Exceptional problemsolving communication and presentation skills.
Industry experience in Construction/Electrical Contracting.
Exposure to Oracle eBusiness Suite Workday Salesforce or other enterprise applications.
Knowledge of data security governance and compliance best practices.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
710 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or data strategy.
Advanced expertise in Power BI including data modeling DAX Power Query and Power BI Service.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (or similar platforms).

WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment sitting for long periods standing walking typing carrying pushing bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
