What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a proactive and handson Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role you will play a crucial part in advancing our inhouse LLMpowered chatbot technologies through active research and development. You will be working on the knowledge ingesting and MLbased analytics of the ingested data. The following points may give you a good overview of specific tasks:
- Technological Vision: Contribute to developing and articulating the technological vision for our inhouse chatbot knowledge ingestion ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Core Development: Handson contribute to the chatbot knowledge ingestion and monitoring.
- Research and Experimentation: Track and experiment with advancements in RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) methodologies and evaluation techniques integrating relevant findings into our work.
- Research Engagement: Participate in biweekly machine learning paper review meetings staying abreast of the latest developments and integrating relevant findings into our work.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and/or data engineering projects demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven experience in implementing LLMbased solutions in production environments with a deep understanding of the associated challenges and best practices
- Proficiency in Python and its data wrangling libraries (e.g. Pandas).
- Good understanding of standard ML algorithms.
- Sound understanding of software design principles.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems.
- Quick to grasp new technologies and concepts staying ahead in a rapidly evolving field.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in English
