Inviting applications for the role of Assistance Vice President Invoice to Cash GPO!!
In this role GPO lead is responsible for directing and executing GPO roadmap that solves the business problems/opportunities of the key customer(s) in the F&A domain for Consumer Unit through the usage of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma Business process reengineering and by combining technology solutions like Agentic AI Gen AI Digital solutions and Intelligent Automation etc. The incumbent would be responsible for the effective delivery of planned Digital and Automation projects AIML projects and Six Sigma projects (Standardization) working with crossfunctional global leads including the digital delivery team and client leadership successfully. This role reports to an account transformation Lead but the responsibility of planning and delivering the GPO strategy would be with the lead role
Responsibilities:
Find opportunities to modernize operations in the Invoice to Cash domain. Work closely with global operations teams to identify opportunities and execute innovative solutions
Perform detailed assessments including process mapping metric gathering and data analysis
Transformation Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to embed Agentic GenAI analytics and digital capabilities across the Consumer span enhancing overall performance
Support the overall build and refinement of the practices in ITC domain developing schema for new industry verticals refinement of schema and benchmarks insights etc.
Expand Digital Offerings: Partner with existing Operations teams to enhance and extend digital and analytics solutions for client Org
Champion Digital Solutions: Advocate for digital solutions and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation reinforcing the overall value proposition
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and digital transformation providing strategic insights and guidance.
Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmap
Thorough Continuous Improvement delivery on committed productivity productivity improvement in account and Bad Bench reduction

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications/Skills
Educational Background: A postgraduate degree or MBA from a leading institution.
Lean Six Sigma/GB certification Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma Methodology
Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience in the Invoice to Cash domain and should have led transformation across all subprocesses like Accounts Receivables CashApps Deduction Collections etc.
Proven Experience (Leadership in Digital Transformation): Proven experience in leading largescale digital transformation programs that integrate technology business strategy data and emerging technologies.
Significant role in strategy development and execution with understanding of digital technologies such as cloud computing data analytics artificial intelligence (AI / Gen AI / Agentic AI) and automation.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of successfully engaging clients and stakeholders across the organization. Proven success in managing crossfunctional teams and driving change in complex environments.
Project Management skills Strong Influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required
People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people. Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals
Must be able to work in dynamic and tight deadlines to meet the project schedule

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
LSS GB / BB certification
PMP CSM certifications (Good to have)
Exposure to Agentic AI/ GenAI / AIML certification would be added advantage
